  2. Ordering services

Barbershop services can be booked:

via the online booking system,

by phone,

in person at the establishment.

A reservation is binding after its confirmation by us.

​

3. Cancellation or change of date

The customer can cancel or change their reservation free of charge no later than 24 hours before the date.

In case of later cancellation, the operator reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service price.

4. Arrival at the appointment

We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the start.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be cancelled without entitlement to a replacement service.

5. Prices and payments

The current price list of services is available on our website and directly at the establishment.

Payment can be made:

in cash,

by card,

or by gift voucher and subscription.

6. Gift vouchers

A gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

An unused voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Complaints

In case of dissatisfaction with the service, please contact us no later than 3 days after its provision. The complaint will be assessed individually.
